01

Who Galvox Fund may suit

Cantonese-speaking SMEs considering SFGS, BUD, trade finance or invoice finance. SFGS 80%, BUD, unsecured bank loans, trade finance, machinery leasing and factoring.

The useful service is the work performed before an application reaches a lender: choosing a plausible route, finding missing evidence and presenting the business consistently. An adviser cannot replace the lender's underwriting or guarantee approval.

Strengths

What is useful

  • Express statement that the firm is not the lender
  • Office, telephone and email details are published
  • Service coverage is described in practical funding categories
Watch closely

Gaps to resolve

  • Performance figures are published by Galvox and have not been independently audited by this site
  • The success-fee percentage is not shown on the landing page
  • A claimed three-to-five-day result may refer to an initial decision rather than drawdown
03

Fees and incentives

The website states free initial assessment and no-success-no-fee, with consultant charges explained before work begins. Obtain the percentage, trigger and cancellation terms in writing.

Request one engagement letter showing the legal service provider, work included, fixed and success fees, tax, payment trigger, cancellation terms and treatment of repeat applications. If the borrower pays nothing, ask which providers pay the consultant and whether that compensation differs by lender.

04

How the stated process works

  1. One-minute initial form
  2. Consultant reviews the company and documents
  3. Application is prepared for a stated bank or finance provider
  4. Funding goes directly from the approving institution

Confirm the handoff point between advice and a formal lender application. The borrower should know the named recipient, required documents and credit-search position before consenting to disclosure.

06

Editorial verdict

Galvox gives borrowers more public detail than many consultant sites, including its legal role and stated fee trigger. The contract still needs careful reading. The value of the service depends on document work and lender selection, not on the size of the approval claims printed above the form.

The score measures public role disclosure, service clarity, fee transparency, verifiable identity and practical usefulness. It is not a customer-review average and does not predict a successful application.
